Track Your Order
We will email you the tracking number and the guaranteed delivery date of your order as soon as we have transmitted shipping information to UPS on the day your order is shipped. This usually happens after 6 pm Central Time. Track your order online at www.ups.com or by phone at 1-800-PICK-UPS. You will again be notified by email as soon as the package has been delivered.
Between May and September when the weather is warmer, in addition to protecting your gift with sufficient commercial grade coolpaks, we will also contact the recipient to schedule an exact delivery date that is most convenient to the recipient. Click here for more information on shipping.
